Mary Strickland Tennant, died on Friday, March 23, 2018, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.Jerry was born in Manning to the late Ernest and Eunice Bryant Tennant.Surviving are a daughter, Mary Gladden (Anthony) of Sumter; two sons, Jerry Tennant Jr. (Sheryce) of Sumter and Raymond Tennant (Michelle) of Sumter; a brother; two sisters; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a son, Michael Tennant.A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday in the chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with the Rev.
